Babak Emami

Meet Dr. Emami

Dr. Emami is a highly recognized Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, caring for people in the greater Cincinnati Area. After graduating with highest honors as the top graduate of his dental school, he completed multiple research projects in nerve injury and laser regeneration at The Karolinska Institute, the home of the Nobel Prize of Medicine.

Following a surgical internship at The Ohio State University, Dr. Emami completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University. He then attended the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for his surgical training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

In addition to his private practice, he was a Clinical Adjunct Faculty Member at University of Cincinnati Medical Center Department of Surgery and a Volunteer Surgical Instructor, teaching and working with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residents. He is also currently on staff at The Good Samaritan Hospital.

He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Cincinnati Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, as well as, the Ohio Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
